What would it be like to deal with an organisation that
can complement your technical services?
Our organisation
has a solid technical background with a number of dedicated engineering
facilities.
The workshop facilities contain an array of test rigs which are used
for quality assurance and providing fault diagnosis on products across every
platform. This facility also houses a fully air conditioned
computer room, fitted with the latest and legacy high end server and
mainframe equipment. The computer room serves two main
purposes, primarily to provide a source for 'hot' spares for contract
clients, and secondly for product training.
Clients have access to use our facilities to accustom their
engineers with products that may be coming onto support.
Alternatively our computer room technicians run specific training
courses and refresher courses to external engineers.
The volume and range of parts passing through our
operation provides
our technicians and engineers with hands on experience on the wide
range of products
that are supported in the field. In addition the engineering
department gain exposure to new products, and build product familiarity
through the return and repair of used site spares.
This product exposure enables the
creation and maintenance of a product knowledge base which is invaluable
to the company's planning solutions.
All of our engineers are workshop based, with product specialists
providing telephone technical support and first level diagnostic
assistance to our customers' field engineers.
Continual investment for in house and external training for employees
maintains our familiarity with emerging technology.
