This service is flexible to customer's requirements and involves the compilation of a list of spare parts or machines with a regular consumption.  We provide discounted sale prices for these lines, fixed over a defined period, and with guaranteed stock availability.

Financially this service stabilises P&L costs whilst reducing balance sheet risk for our customers.  Additionally the guaranteed availability of product increases the opportunity of exceeding service level agreements on the supported lines.

The service flexibility of managed support allows customers to add or remove items on the matrix list, keeping it dynamic in nature.  The matrix pricing is also updated at agreed intervals to maintain cost competitiveness.

All of the matrix functions are managed and maintained by dedicated account teams that are responsible for processing parts requests and providing performance reporting and response data.
